Completion records

What happened, when, and proof it wasn't changed.

Completion is where most tools stop caring. Here, every agreement keeps its full history and a tamper-evident record you can hand to anyone.

A complete activity trail

Every meaningful event is captured with a timestamp and, where available, the originating IP — shown as a timeline in your dashboard and printed into the certificate.

Sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint

When the last signer finishes, the document is flattened, stamped, and hashed. That SHA-256 fingerprint is recorded on the certificate of completion, so any later change to the file is detectable.

Certificate of completion

A certificate page is appended to the executed document listing every signer, their consent and signing times, and the full document history — downloadable by you and by each signer.

Beyond signing: renewal tracking

Give an executed agreement a renewal date and it appears on your renewals list, sorted by what's due soonest — with a reminder about a month ahead, so a contract never lapses unnoticed.
