Field detection you review, not trust blindly
Upload a PDF and the platform detects likely signatures, initials, dates, and fill-in fields. Detected positions are re-derived from the document's real text layout, so fields land on the right line even on tall, multi-page, rotated, or cropped documents. Low-confidence placements are flagged for you.
Roles, not just boxes
Fields are grouped by recipient role (Client, Contractor, Buyer, Seller…) so you assign a person once and every field they own comes with them.
A real review editor
Move, resize, snap, multi-select, duplicate, align, and nudge fields with the keyboard, or add new ones by clicking the page. Nothing is sent until you confirm the layout.
No document? Draft one
Describe what you need and the platform drafts a document, then runs it through the same detection and review flow. Every AI-drafted document carries a permanent “AI-drafted” notice and can't be sent until you review and confirm it.
An honest note on detection
Detection reads the document's text to place fields precisely. On scanned or photographed PDFs that have no text layer, placement falls back to a visual estimate — which is exactly why the review step exists and is never skipped. You always confirm the layout before an envelope goes out.
