What this does and doesn't prove
- A match proves the file is byte-for-byte the one we sealed, so nothing in it has been altered since it was executed.
- It does not judge whether the agreement is enforceable. That is a question for a lawyer, not a hash.
- A miss usually means the file was re-saved rather than that anything is wrong. Compare the original download, not a copy a PDF viewer has written out again.
